LogMate

Full-stack and DevOps ownership for LogMate V2: migrating from React to Flutter, shipping iOS/Android and Angular admin features on GCP.

The Challenge

At Tierra Technologies I owned full-stack development and DevOps for LogMate V2 as it moved mobile-first: evolving the client from React into a Flutter app for iOS and Android, with an Angular admin surface alongside it.

Constraints

  • Cross-platform mobile delivery (iOS and Android) via Flutter, plus an Angular admin app.
  • Migration from an existing React-era product into Flutter V2 without losing feature momentum.
  • Cloud operations on GCP (VPC, Cloud Build, Firebase) with custom CI/CD for reliable releases.

Contributions

  1. Owned the stack end to end: application development and DevOps for LogMate V2, from feature work through deployment pipelines.
  2. Moved mobile V2 to Flutter: built and maintained the iOS and Android apps while continuing to support the Angular admin app.
  3. Standardized delivery on GCP: VPC, Cloud Build, Firebase, and custom CI/CD so mobile and admin changes could ship predictably.

Outcomes

LogMate V2 progressed as a Flutter-based mobile platform with ongoing feature and bugfix work across iOS, Android, and the Angular admin app. GCP-backed CI/CD and Firebase tooling supported a maintainable release path.
